You guys keep saying "Leave." Don't you see, the reason I'm voting NO is because I actually *enjoy* working here and have no plans to leave. Why do you think I feel so strongly about my vote? This is over 1/3 of my remaining career we're talking about. (8, if we're lucky, divided by 22.5)

But hey, at least you used "their" correctly, which is better than most of the Yes voters can do when they get triggered by a "No."

They did pass their contract by 76%, which I would bet is where we end up at

Well since we're making bets now.....I'm gonna say in the 80th percentile! I was leaning no at first but after becoming edumacated I just placed my yes vote! As Paul stated in the road show he's not trying to "sell this thing"........just laying out the facts (as they believe them anyway). Not sure of how they arrived with certain valuations or the profit margin expectations but I do believe that they believe in them. I also do not believe we would be back to the table ANYWHERE CLOSE to the near future if this is voted down. Everyone has to do what they feel best.......but I say it passes big!

All this happens and the company goes to us with bags of additional money? Sounds logical.

How will you like it when a judge issues damages against us and we are now having to deduct a paycheck assessment to pay off Spirit management for the judgement? Don't think it can happen, has happened before in this industry.

I know you like to play Mr. Mom and drop your reserve days and stay home. And thats the TRUE reason you want this contract to fail. Hey, no harm. But thats your motivation, dont hide it as anything but that.
Nobody gives a sh!t about the TRO except for the few idiots that ran their mouths on social media and ALPA national. The Meltdown was a company self inflicted wound and if it happens again I hope APLA grows some balls and defends the pilot group from false accusations. Paychecks will never be garnished or this place would come to a screeching halt.

You are wrong on so many levels, but that’s standard for you.

The TRO is still in effect and will be the first card management plays in the event of any meltodown, pilot induced or not. If you think they view the TRO as “in the past” and water under the bridge, you are mistaken. It’s still in effect and any operational hiccup will be brought back to the judge and they will seek to have the TRO enforced. Why do you think the TRO is the first thing on our union website, still?

Garnished paychecks? Shows me how you really don’t understand how this works or how it has worked in the past with TRO orders and lawsuits against labor unions by management. They don’t just come and garnish your paycheck.

Just make sure you keep your promise and end this acct when this passes in 6 days.

You are so sadly misinformed! Get off APC and educate yourself. The TRO “card” will not be played again unless there is proof a concerted effort to disrupt the operation has taken place.

The meltdowns were self inflicted due to poor planning and mismanagement.

Your disconnect with reality is astonishing!

Says the person who had a source of a super secret TA2, that was already negotiated.

Just look what you typed above, how does someone contradict themselves that quickly? The TRO request was filed and issued by a judge because the judge felt there was a concerted effort to disrupt.

It doesnt matter WHY the meltdown really happened because a judge said and felt otherwise with their TRO order.

For example; it doesnt matter that you were probably hired because you are a woman. Because as of today, you are still a Spirit pilot.

It doesnt matter the reason why there was a meltdown. Because as of today, there is still a TRO against the pilots because of that.

Read the TRO and stop being a fool if you dont understand it, ask your MEC if you are still that clueless. Not only is it ordered that we dont do anything to disrupt the operation, but WE are the ones responsible for getting it back on its feet if it does go down.
