Yes!!!!! I’m sure you are on to something here!!! In 10 years, I too have no doubt that Spirit will be flying the A319, A320, A320 Neo, A321, E195 E2, the 737 Max 10, and the 797!!!!!! It will be marvelous!

I heard that we are getting all of allegiant’s old MD-80s. We already have the manuals and training program from back in the day so won’t be too much cost in getting it started back up, plus lots of our senior guys are already typed.

Don’t forget all of those used DC-9 planes we are getting for the smaller markets. We have that program as well.

Heck I’d bid for that...Probably a more fun plane to fly than an “Airbus” 220.

We would have industry leading pay for our Flight Engineers.

It’s actually only 5. The 6th is being used for parts. The L1011-500 has the range we need for Deep South.
