I just checked online and it has been switched to “reviewed: not selected.” But I have not received a TBNT email. I’d assume that this is essentially the same as a TBNT email. Does anyone know?

Anyone know what to expect for the phone interview? Is it pretty casual and short?

The conversation will seem casual, but they’re slipping in many of the standard interview questions while chatting you up. I think mine took 30-40 mins. But the last 10 or so consisted of BSing about kids and acquaintances.

30 to 40 minutes? I was expecting more like 5 to 10 😅
I got an email a few hours ago to line up a phone interview and I'm also looking for any info on what it could be like.
Anything specific they asked and you wish you had had more time to think about? What kind of HR questions?

Any feedback is appreciated in advance

Don't worry about how long it takes. They might ask questions about your flying experiences. I was asked what i like to do outside of flying. It's a very casual conversation and nothing technical. I think mine was about 15-20 mins. Most of the TMAAT and HR questions comes during the face to face interview. Just be ready to be asked "Why Spirit?"

Is the Gallup personality testing only, or is there a cognitive section as well.

Thanks,

Those who received “under review”, has anything followed that? I was recently updated to “under review” after weeks of “pending completion of Gallup”. Not sure if this is “under review” like my United app is “under review” or if this means something more
