If they have had small interview groups until last week, I don’t see how everyone currently in the pool wouldn’t get a July date. Can’t imagine there’s more then 56 currently in the pool.

Heads up game?
The first, It’s pretty filthy. It involves at least 6 people, 12 feet of chicken wire, a 12 piece extra crispy from KFC, (original recipe could work), and a gallon of neon body paint. The second is calling classmates to tell them you got an offer of employment, giving them the heads up for a call. So they played either one of these |

Hopefully they hire everyone.
Is that common? What's the success rate? |

Phone Call
Got the phone call a couple days ago and heading to Florida at the end of the month. Looking at all the normal places for gouges and think I should be pretty set, but I welcome any other current info. Thanks

No idea, however I do think it’s your job to lose once you get the interview. They made it pretty clear they want to hire everyone.

Guaranteed to get a D bag or 2, just the nature of the game. Fortunately, I'd like to think that I am not one. I'll be putting in a 110% in and hope to see most of you in the cockpit!

I know you’ve heard this before but just be yourself. The people doing the hiring are good people. Crack a joke, relax as much as you can, and you’ll do fine. Spirit does a good job of removing the stress that other airlines add to their interview process. You’re not going to lose the job because you wore the wrong color tie or sat in the wrong chair. They’re looking for three things... experience (which you’ve already proved you had by getting the interview but training here isn’t a joke and certain backgrounds struggle with our training), good personality, and do you really want to work here long term. They’re good at sniffing out the people that don’t meet the latter two criteria. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
