How motivated is the company to fix this glitch now that they have pilots picking up trips they think pays 25 hours as advertised, but once you divide and add the math, it pays less. Open time gets gobbled up and the company laughs!

So pilots are now supposed to look at every trip, figure out overnight lengths, rig, 3.5 rig, duty rig, etc and then find the correct correct before picking up a trip? F THAT

MEC needs to grow a sack on this one and fight for its pilots who submit a NCC for a clear case of negligence by the company. How long did the company have to program Flica with new rigs?? 15 months?

FUPM
Just another example of the union not having our best interest.

...and sad that we pay union dues for this.

Yup. Looks like I have one of these too. 23:35 overnight. Guess I'll wait and see.

How many of you complaining are yes voters? We knew the 22 hour layover credit was changing with the implementation of PBS. How many trips are we seeing now with 22-2358 layovers?

Wow! That is a huge concession. Why in the world... 23:45 is the line given a show 45 prior and a 30 duty off. What's the back story? How was that sold?

Has nothing to do with the issue. The issue isn’t a 22-23:58 layover. It’s pay represented as one thing and reality being other.

Perhaps you missed that?

Are you getting paid per the contract? If yes then you don't have a strong case but maybe they'll honor it anyway.

I think a strong case can be made that the company knowingly misrepresented trips to be worth more than they actually were, allowing pilots to pick these trips up, and adjusting the credit on their pay sheet.

Contractual or not; misrepresenting pay for over 3 weeks now is negligent at best, and perhaps deceit and fraud on the other end of the spectrum.

I would still believe any pilot who swapped out or picked up a trip prior to the union email going out has a strong NCC case.

I don't think it takes any high level math or more than a minute to check for correct credit on a pairing. Sure we should be able to trust it, but questionable pairing credit is not new with PBS. Yes the rigs are different, but taking a second look at what you're swapping into is not a new idea.
