Quite true. Since I finished OE I’ve flown 2 x list trips and been offered another 2 that I passed on.

I know it was answered somewhere, but can you X/Y list for trips in other domiciles?

If a lineholder drops a trip when the grid is green can they later take premium flying on the dropped days?

Yes, domiciles and destinations. Say you live in Jacksonville, which we fly to, you can list that city. If a crew times out or goes sick or whatever you might get a call closer to home.

This is what some people do, drop flights and hope to pick up premium. Scheduling ‘owns’ trips from 48 hours in, so if they don’t call it’s not like you can pick something back up the same day.

“X List Pilots may only pick up trips in their awarded do-micile.”

So if you’re based in ORD, you can only X list in ORD, etc...

Y list can be anywhere, even non domicile cities....but you have to be able to report in 3 hours or less. So you obviously can’t be Y list for OAK, DFW, and LGA....unless you can teleport

If you're senior to me, you can X list in all the bases. If you're junior to me, only in your base.
