And this is the point, just because one guy is lucky enough to be off and X/Y listed on the right days and gets called often, it doesn’t mean another guy is sure to get called on his off days. A first year pilot might get lucky some months, but I wouldn’t come here with the expectation that I can pick up a couple thousand dollars of premium flying every month.

If a lineholder drops a trip when the grid is green can they later take premium flying on the dropped days?

So if you’re based in ORD, you can only X list in ORD, etc...
Y list can be anywhere, even non domicile cities....but you have to be able to report in 3 hours or less. So you obviously can’t be Y list for OAK, DFW, and LGA....unless you can teleport
