While most of us understood that checkerboard drops would likely go away, what WE voted in goes far beyond that. There is no reason that an outside-in drop over green days shouldn't be allowed. Hell, even some of the most garbage management run regional contracts allow this. It's not like you can (or could) pick up anything over those drop days for gain.
