We massively sold out work rules for for a bump in pay.

And to those of you saying new spirit rsv isn't THAT bad: get back to us after 2 years of it.

All of this, we (as a group) voted to get rid of reserve drops, we didn’t lose it, we voted it out. Management didn’t take it, we gave it up. And yes now reserve here for any length of time is terrible.

And on top of no dropping from the outside in on a green day you can't even use float vacation to drop reserve days, only mandatory float which is once per 12 months. I'm thinking reserve needs to change on the next cycle.

I'd love to see the vote breakdown by longevity.

Not true for me in September. Granted, first time back on reserve (involuntarily) since December. Got my days off I requested and the RAP I wanted (78% in base).
