Has anyone received class dates from this interview?

Has anyone been called with a job offer from this interview class? I'm still holding my breath, cause I'm not counting the weekend days and Columbus Day as part of the 5-8 days lol.

As long as you don’t get an email, you’re still in the hunt. Think it took about 2 weeks for me to get called.

So in the interview, they actually ask what we think when we see a big yellow airplane. Is their a back story to yellow? is it a color that Spirit just goes with in their branding? What is the correlation between Spirit and yellow?

It was cheap to paint the airplane with only two colors.

Bright yellow paint equals free advertising and brand recognition. ULCC is all about cutting out the frills and items that cost extra. In this case advertising dollars.

When’s the last time you saw a tv ad for Spirit?

Pretty much it. The yellow plane is a great litmus test for applicants. You either get it and like it or you don’t. As far as there being a history; none. Just the most current branding when they rolled out the Bare Fare almost 5 years ago.

Me personally, l love the yellow

It is not exactly well known, but Wiz Khalifa owns the controlling interest in the company. Mention that in the interview and you're pretty much guaranteed the job!

"Black stripes, yellow paint, them #$&@#% scared of it but them hoes ain't..."
