Just know the flows, limitations, memory items, and prof items by day 1. You don't really wanna be spending time trying to memorize the PF before start flow when you need to be learning what the normal law protections are, and all the other knowledge needed to have a successful oral exam.

Anything else?

The flows seem confusing, like who is doing what role etc.

Which flows are you studying? They are very straight forward in AOM Vol 2. Rev 19-03, and on the flow guide.
25 flows, 59 limitations, and 5 memory items.

Don’t get sick in training. Sleep well, and eat healthy. If you get sick for anything beyond a few days you’ll most likely be sent home......

Personal experience? Anything to back that up with?

For flow purposes, left seat is always captain and PM and the right is FO and PF.

That's rough, guy I knew a few years ago got 3 weeks at home before they called him. He wasn't even sick, just needed some time at home.

He isn’t the one who sent the guy home and told him to reapply in ninety days; Spirit is.

I think now if you miss more than 3 days you forfeit your seniority number and restart in a later class
