Every reserve assignment I've had, I've had much more than three hours notice. Except once they called and asked if I could get to the airport in an hour. After I told them no they told me "nevermind, we'll find someone else".

In my opinion, if you live in base, reserve life is pretty chill. You don't fly much typically, outside of summer months at least. Lack of flexibility(being able to drop) and opportunities for premium pay are the drawbacks. Some abilities to break guarantee but not a lot.
FLL / MCO reserve over the period of 6
months - had 5 “we need you here in 3 hours or less.” Time frame was last summer r10/r7 call out. It does happen and/or I have bad luck!

I noticed under pay notes it says:
12 year CA DOS +4 is $260/hr

12 year FO DOS +4 is $172/hr

I know these pay rates are different than the chart, is this a pay increase over a few years to get these numbers? What’s the increase per year? Thanks.

2% DOS+2 (this up coming March), 2% DOS+ 3, 3% DOS +4

DOS = Date Of Signing

So DOS+4 is the end of the contract rates.

I’m looking forward to joining. I just had a question about pay. Realistically what would be the MAX and MIN to expect for a paycheck monthly for a senior FO 2-2.5 years in? Can you realistically make 200k +? As a CA what would be the MIN and MAX?
