I'd say you're on the high side of experience lately but I could be wrong. Nonetheless welcome and know your flows day one.

getting interesting out there for sure. But first year pay, training pay, and no healthcare for 90 days is the company’s problem

Omin isn't wrong. Any regional right now will retrain you until the cows come home to get you through training. Spirit will can you with 3 retrains. This is not an entry level job even if our hires aren't as polished as Delta. I have a buddy that left AH-64's and is going to SKW to get 'fixed' before looking at anyone flying narrow bodies. We need guys and I'm sure we'd love to have you but make sure that you can get through training first because we give very few second chances.

I appreciate the info. I will see what they tell me at MTC. I’m hoping since I’ve made it through 121 training at Atlas, and spent 2 years flying the 76 it would show that I’m at least trainable and willing to learn. I have no training or checkride failures to date.

I wonder if the tariff-related production delays that has reduced our deliveries for 2020 and 2021 will negatively effect hiring later this year?

How good is the HealthPlan - for a family?

Asked and answered a 1000 times. Not trying to be rude but a comprehensive answer is lengthy and it’s been typed up a bunch. Several plans to choose from and most folks are happy with them

Thats what mine costs but it’s a PPO. There are also HSA and other options.
