FAA is still in bed with being and the airlines. They are just putting on a show right now. The max will fly this year and won’t be grounded a second time.

You’re assuming that it would be grounded again for this series of issues. Given its track record it would likely be grounded immediately if someone managed to put one in the dirt again for unrelated reasons.

No doubt. Imagine what would happen if one went down again and was a mass casualty? It would be grounded and taken apart, piece by piece again, with even more scrutiny

Yup. There could be video of it hitting a flock of pterodactyls and clear radio transmissions and recording on the CVR collaborating it, and it would still be grounded for a long time.

After hearing so many positive experiences from Spirit, I've decided to submit an app. I was surprised with how vague it was compared to other airline apps. Do they request more in depth info after the Hogan? I'm gonna knock that out tonight.

You mean you don’t like having to list night IFR while SIC in odd months?? AirlineApps is a joke and a shame people have to go through that, and pay, just to apply for a job.

mins are 3000 TT currently.

Haha, the Night IFR question made me scratch my head, but fortunately I have an electronic logbook that made it pretty simple. I'm curious if they will even consider me since I have 2000 TT, but most is in mil fighters. Never hurts to submit an app I suppose.

Right? I thought the same thing when I did the app. Like "That's all? Don't you want a copy of my great great grandmother's marriage certificate".

Never hurts to apply, or cost anything, but short of strong internals or some meet the chief events, its going to be a long shot with you being 1,000 TT short.
