So you’re saying there’s a chance...I’ll take it! Also, I will look into trying to do a meet the chiefs event.

I’m still scratching my head. I also have an electronic logbook and still can not tell
you my night IFR time. If I have one leg that is 3.1 hours, with 2.0 night, 1.1 day, and .5 IFR, how much of that time is night IFR? Was my IFR DAY, night, or split up? I sure don’t know. I don’t see how having an electronic logbook made figuring out your night IFR easier.

If you really have that much Hornet time I’d welcome you’re presence anytime.

I'm not even sure what they are asking for. I just put my total night time. Mistake? I have no way of figuring out how much IFR at night I've done and I question if that's even what they want, as who cares what time it is if you can't see out the window anyway?

Is it worth going to a MTC if I’m still about a year away from hirining mins?

It's always worth it to go.

Does anyone knows how reapplying works if you've already applied in the current application number? I've seen it's 6 months to reapply/redo the gallup, does it just make a new link once it's been the designated time?

Thx!

Similar question to this: if I took the Gallup and passed and reapplied to the newer job posting do I need to do the assessment again? I was sent the link to complete it but haven’t clicked the link yet. My application is saying “under review” and not the “awaiting assessment” as said the first time before competing.

Click the link and it will say you've completed the Gallup.

Not looking for a stepping stone by any means..but I wasn’t gonna stay at Atlas when I got an offer to be home more and make more money. With that said, I’d still like to be at Spirit much more than my current spot.
Guess I’ll ask them when I get to the Meet the Chiefs next month.

I was in the same position as you were and go to talk to the Spirit Recruitment department and I was told I needed to be current to be considered for an interview (regardless of previous experience). I have talked to recruiters from other major airlines as well and all of them require some from of currency, some 100hrs 121 within the last 12 months, some more, and some less.
