Maybe that’s how they’ll address it.

And “negotiating on behalf of pilots not on property” sounds great until you realize that looming pilot shortages will likely resolve the situation before we sign another contract in 5 years or so. But, yes, we should seek to handle it if supply and demand doesn’t lead to a correction before then.

Also, before some knucklehead jumps in with the “we didn’t have trouble attracting pilots during negotiations under even worse pay conditions” argument, we need to remember that we’re about to hit the fat part of the retirement bell curve for the better part of a decade.

They girl who wrote mine actually used something I said during the interview. It was a nice touch.

I thought that was a nice touch. Funny I got that card and the anniversary card from my current employer on the same day.

Are they having pilots learn limitations in KG’s or LBS.? Not sure but I assume the tests are given using metric system??
NEO and Classic only?
