The same thing could have been said if you were hired two years ago on deliveries from the current order….

Until we ordered 100 more plus 50 options.

And then picked up another 20.

the same thing was actually said two years ago until the new order.

provided we keeping growing past 300 then yes quick upgrades will continue and spirit will continue to hire captains. Caveat emptor - It’s fair to say if there is no more growth quick upgrades slow. If growth doesn’t stop - quick upgrades continue. Also be advised Young pilot group there is no retirements.

also spirit - https://finance.yahoo.com/news/spiri...171500298.html

2022 will be a fun year for sure

I'm seeing/hearing conflicting reports on whether Spirit is requiring the vaxx as a condition of employment by Dec 8. Pilot friends say no. Media reports from Spirit HQ say yes.

So.... is Spirit mandating the cv19 vaxx as a condition of employment? Or will they allow weekly testing? Thanks in advance.

A decision hasn't been reached yet.

What is your media source you’re referencing?

Or is it a cousins friends uncle?

Well, I misread/misinterpreted a few news links due to the title. In various articles, the CEO is quoted as saying vaxx up before Dec 8 or get tested per the mandate....
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/10/08/we-w...e-mandate.html

https://www.travelpulse.com/news/air...-vaccines.html

So, going forward, with so many airlines requiring the vaxx as a condition of employment (and no testing allowed), but allowing approved medical or religious exemptions, I'm just trying to understand Spirit's position.

Straight from the article you posted

“The federal government has made it clear that Covid-19 vaccination or testing requirements will be mandated for companies with more than 100 employees, and we will comply with that order,” Christie said in a staff email, which was obtained by CNBC.”

Seems pretty clear, they will have to do testing for those who aren’t vaccinated.

Understand the training can be difficult here, if I show up knowing flows, memory items, limitations down cold will it be a lot less stressful? Anything else I should have memorized before day 1?

It’s really not that difficult.

Memorize those things (and practice them daily) so your time and attention can be given to studying other things like systems and philosophy.
