I would personally be a little careful what you post here about the interview experience. Based on what you have posted, or may post, it may not be too difficult for them to determine who you are based on what they learn about you in the interview and from your resume. It’s very thoughtful and considerate of you to want to help your fellow aviators, but be careful not to jeopardize a CJO. If there’s one thing we know from our TRO, and maybe to some extent the HR world we are in now, we know they look at these forums. Just be cautious, there is too much at stake.
Good luck with the interview! Like someone else eluded, if they are interviewing you, they want you, it’s just up to you not to give them a reason to change their mind.

It must be in their DNA but they know how to make you feel very comfortable. I felt very prepared for both HR and the technical. It truly feels like they want you to let your hair down and get to know you. No matter the outcome the experience was the best I've had in an interview setting (especially being virtual).

best thing ya can do is tell them that all your Spirit friends have been telling you for years to come here and how much we all love it. 😁

First of all, welcome here! I can say that the job is now yours to lose. If you were in a group interview you would be sitting in the room with your future classmates. Aviationinterviews has the best gouge you could prep for. It's possible the format could be changing though... so YMMV.
I got asked regs, memory items and limitations about my current plane (and there's no way they could have known if I was truthful). Lots of HR type questions and the one and only one that matters... "why Spirit?" Oh and through the entire onboarding process, DON'T LIE!!! Welcome aboard and I hope you like Detroit!

Fun fact, they also have the ability to read these forums. Treat the interview process with respect and show some on here if you really want to have a job at Spirit. Don’t be a clown.
I love my job and Spirit has been an amazing company to work at. Only regret I have is not applying sooner.

Dude.... They have actual PILOTS asking you questions. They research airplanes before they interview people. They absolutely can know if you are full of $hit or not.
