To be fair, it’s my understanding that there are more than 6,000 FOs senior to him who opted not to upgrade. He will likely be sitting reserve for a very, very long time. Not many people wanting to commute to JFK to sit reserve for a decade.

Ah, nevermind. I misunderstood (read: I don’t read good) your post. I thought you were referencing the young’n that was a November 2021 hire who upgraded on the 73. Completely missed the context of “not NY.” I think I’ll retire from internetting for the night. 😂

The Junior NYC 73 captains will likely hold lines rather quickly. In recent months the plug has been able to hold a line.
