Gotcha, I didn’t know that, maybe Q2 or Q3 then. Point still stands that we are not making money due to pandemic.

not making money period ... regardless of the pandemic to ask for a raise when the company isn't making money will be a stretch or will be a angle.

True & fair. Even pre-Covid, management called us a ‘head & shoulders’ airline. Facts remain though, for Q4, Alaska, Delta, and Southwest were profitable. Alaska and Delta have been for 2 quarters. Though, all airlines are expecting losses for Q1. So, we’re not the only one…..

Yet everything other airline who is losing money has pilots asking/getiting/about to get more money.

And using the phrase "regardless of the pandemic" is ridiculous. The fact that you think the reason the industry, being hit with the worst thing in its history, is somehow not important here, just goes to show how your economic analysis is about as sharp as your merger analysis.

yes because companies like delta for instance have so much engrained value and assets that they don't have to worry about debt!

do you know how EBITDA works? be honest.

Yes they have, and will again. You think that negotiating a 4-5 year JCBA is somehow dependent upon the expected earnings for ONE quarter? The expectation is that NK WILL make a profit in 2022. No CBA EVER lives or dies because of one quarters profit or loss. The expectation for 2022 is $3.00 per share. There are 111 million shares outstanding. That’s a third of a billion they anticipate for the first year of the contract. The money will be there. Laugh all you want but you’d be a terrible negotiator if you think three months earnings will decide a multi year contract.

Reading his replies it sounds to me like he is one of our negotiators.

If so, they need to replace him.

I’m beginning to think Trylabyte is a management shill out trying to demoralize people before the JCBA negotiations start and lower expectations. Nothing like a little ‘false flag’ action.

Lets not get sued again, please….. No more Gravychockers.com, no more telling scheduling directly on a recorded line that you won’t pick up a trip because…. Had it not been for the pending lawsuit over us, I believe we could have had a better contract. But, you know, pilots are ****ing stupid, and had to blab….. The individual who shared a lot of that blab is on my ****list…. Let’s stay focused and disciplined this time.
