Our pay rates are very similar to what JetBlue pays for the 190, pretty crazy

Forgive me of my ignorance as I'm no expert on all of these "no interview" regional flow thru programs, but with United's announcement this week doesn't that secure a legacy job for nearly the entirety of the regional pilot workforce?

At this point who doesn't get a flow thru to XYZ legacy, and why would anyone apply here in that case?

I had a flow through to XYZ legacy. I wasn’t gonna work at that hellhole for any longer than I had to, even with the “promise” of a legacy job after XX years.
