You're right. The training department gave up nothing. My bad.

The training department has had their golden goose and eggs for too long! I’m glad that they have to bid their own seniority….

And getting junior manned into LCKA duties is ok when you just what to bid a non-training line with your seniority? The LCKA will take all the 'good' trips with their bidding now not wondering what training will give them. What side are you on anyway? We can all apply to be training pilots too.

I gave up training pilots officially when my CFI expired in 2006…. Never came here aspiring to be a CKA. And despite how many have asked, I will not do it.

For the NK guys voting no, you lost this time. Get your arguments, proposals, and wants to the MEC for the next go around. Same for the NK yes voters. This doesn’t stop here.

For the non-NK guys, vote your own contracts any way you want. This one’s done.

Translation: “We’ll get ‘em next time!”

thank you for solidifying your career expectations.

If you expect our MEC to put forth any effort at all to bring you guys up during the TPA negotiations you are insane. You had your chance 2 months ago. Your union leadership sold you a bill of goods and I would put a paycheck bet on no financial gains during TPA.

I have been on here telling them to stop planning (or basing their vote) on any snap up on TPA but their union leaders told them so, and they threw the policy at me and told me to read (as if because the policy says it can be included, means it will be included) smh, so.......now the 69% will have to learn the truth first hand. What's the number? Around 900 Nk folks voted no? Well we can, at the very minimum, plan on about 900 NK fellow pilots to help fight the good fight on JCBA.

Good luck on that TPA snap up, ya know.....the 2nd "bite at the apple"
I'll be sure to eat my words if it happens.

See y'all at the JCBA table, I mean that sincerely.

Be a good boy and vote in that TA, daddy wants that snap up in the JCBA when we become a happy family. Run along, make it happen.

I don't think you realize how much you have just helped us in the SLI argument. Thanks in advance, you really know how to help out family.
