Today David was out of court but someone shared this twitter account of someone else seemingly writing out the transcripts starting from Day 1. Today, Nov 7th, marks Day 6 of the trial, so it's probably going to take some time to catch up if that person has all the transcripts. Link below

As Cinco said, he's pretty much done with that. He says he'll come back from testimonies and closing arguments but I doubt it. He also said a lot of folks left. The juicy stuff was the CEOs testimonies, apparently.
Hopefully the other guy(link above) keeps getting all the transcripts and post everything

This was delayed to shoehorn it into the Judge's schedule. I guess this was all the time that the Judge could spare for this case.

There is just nothing verifiable to back this up. Even those of us trying to follow the trial haven't heard or seen anything about this. I hope it's true, a settlement is literally the best possible outcome, but my fear is he is full of whipped cream and trying to manipulate SAVE stock.
