Ted didn't last 9 months at Pinnacle Airlines during their Bankruptcy. He got overwhelmed and ran off to Spirit, while his buddy Sean Menke literally cried on our company conference call about how it was affecting his family. He didn't oversee a damn thing.

basically, JetBlue stated that they rested and needed no more days for the trial. Therefore, they are now saying that closing arguments will begin on December 5, at 9 o’clock in the morning.
