Right. Schumer made a call to a Reagan appointee to kill the deal, because the JetBlue CEO has that much political clout.

This guy gets it.

If we had gotten to a TPA then that means the merger would have already been approved and our "support" would mean absolutly nothing. But hey glad they would rather this place go bankrupt than do whats best for the pilot group out of not trying to "look desperate in the process. Talk about getting it...

SPA was most likely asking for a guarantee of a pay raise and then IF the merger were to be approved they would get that pay raise in the TPA.

Now the merger has been blocked. If JetBlue thinks our support will get the deal over the line in an appeal then they will approach us and we can make a trade.

Obviously JetBlue could care less. Is our MEC capeable of thinking for themselves? Or can only do what daddy Ted and Jetblue say to do? The airline is failing and our careers are on the line and we're worried about "making a trade" please lmaoooo what a joke.

So you are saying that fighting for the best possible outcome isn't "what's best for the pilot group" and blindly following a "we like it, approve it" Kool-Aid train is better?

Why don’t you just see how this plays out and stop offering away things for free. What’s next, you think we should offer pay concessions to help our failing airline out.

We are not in control of this, if JETBLUE could care less then SPA saying we want this deal is gonna make us all sound as desperate as you sound right now.

Our airline is on the verge of collapse and more pilots than ever here have their apps out. Including many, many reps. And you are worried about sounding desperate?
