interesting flex - why don’t you go back over to the United page and worry about your own in house problems. The statement itself shows your ignorance. It’s never been hard to drop the entire month, so no nothing has made it easier: but I’ve definitely seen some classes pricks taking joy in others struggles. Better be careful where you throw your stones, your glass house isn’t invincible.
I can assure you there is no sense of invincibility over here. Thousands were furloughed after 9/11 at both CAL and UAL and we are just under 4 years from having had a couple of thousand WARN letters sent out to our bottom of the list pilots. I wish for the best outcome for each and every one of you.

While I agree it was tasteless to make the dig, you missed the sarcasm. All the former Spirit FOs I’ve flown with during our contract negotiations went on and on about how easy it was to drop all their trips while at Spirit. It became kind of a joke over here. My post would have been better suited for another forum/format.

Why would you apologize to this fool? Anyway I was recently in the back of a United flight operated by two of their DEI’s finest. The takeoff roll was over controlled, the landing lacked the flair part. The PAs had passengers looking nervous at one another. Their day in the barrel is fast approaching.

i know what the acronym means. My question was poorly articulated, but I'm wondering how you label someone as a DEI pilot. Is it the color of their skin? The apparent gender? The accent? Did they tell him personally? I'm trying to figure out the the posters phobia or 'ism'.
