Can confirm. From day 1 was led to believe Delta was by n large a military outfit playing airline, and now having experienced it for myself it is anything but. The crews are awesome, and theres a proud sense of commraderie here. We arent without fault but at least our culture isnt defined by low morale or virtue signaling which is more than can be said for the other two.

If you want to look at it from a very simple definition standpoint sure, but as a concept it's a bit more complex than that. Going back to my original statement- I repeat the culture isnt defined by it. never said it was absent.
