Spirit Now Sure As It Emerges From Bankruptcy

ChatGPT mostly agrees with me.
Also I never said asset would sell for "par". Just that the encumbrances would be fulfilled.
Please show me where lease assets can be transferred to another entity without the leases being in place still because that is what you are proposing.
Additionally your ChatGPT response even states its for "free and clear assets" and Spirit doesn't have any of those.

• In a §363 sale, liens don’t have to be paid at par at closing—they attach to the cash, and secureds can credit-bid to prevent a low price. [11 U.S.C. §363(f), §363(k)]. • You don’t transfer leased assets; you assume/assign the lease under §365 (cure + adequate assurance), notwithstanding anti-assignment clauses. Aircraft add §1110 timing/rights. • “Free-and-clear assets” isn’t the standard—§363(f) lets you sell encumbered assets free and clear if a statutory condition is met; liens ride to proceeds (see TWA).

Somehow I believe you have this fantasy that some other airline ends up with some planes that use to be at Spirit and all of a sudden that airline is forced to take all the Spirit pilots. Unless the entire operation is purchased, which it won't be, there aren't going to be any pilots going except for maybe getting preferential interviews. Frontier is adding flights in direct competition with Spirit. They would not be doing this if they were interested in acquiring the entity as a whole.

The lease holder, Aercap, is taking the planes back. They are not going to let them transfer at current lease rates. They will lease them out at higher rates to other airlines, mostly in Asia. The BK was to stop the immediate return of the planes. They will go back October 27th because they will just refuse to agree to any other terms and Spirit is in default of the lease agreement.

But your pointless fear mongering in here every day serves zero purpose. Every FO I have flow with for the last month was getting furloughed. All of them with wives, kids, families to support. Some have secured other jobs, some yet have not. But we don't need YOU in here every day pilling on and repeating the same thing every day. Every pilot at Spirit is very aware of the situation here. We don't need you in here posting things that are not true. Grow up.

Still just gonna blow past everything else you said that was wrong lol. You keep talking about things that haven't happened yet as if they are fact. I prefer to stick to the facts unlike yourself. You don't know if 37 airplanes will go back on the 27th anymore than I do.

The real players moving the chess pieces are not bragging about it on the internet. They're out there working deals and making millions.
It doesn't change the bad outlook here, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
PIlots are button pushers and nothing else (yes even friendlypilot).

I feel terrible about your FOs being furloughed. I went through this after 9/11 when my FOs were being furloughed as well. Fortunately those pilots are being hired at other airlines, many of them started in a new hire class of 75 today at United. I don't know how many of them were Spirit, but I hoep its a bunch and I hope we continue to hire a bunch just like Delta and American will as well.
But you can't just make up a bunch of stuff about how Frontier etc is going to just end up with the jets for nothing and try to get people to believe that. Its not going to happen, and even if they or some other US airline ends up taking some of these jets after they go back to the lessor, this doesn't help Spirit's pilots any because those planes will be at a different airline.

We have updated the infraction template accordingly, but am giving a courtesy reminder to folks since it’s relatively new. Thank you.

why would anyone give Spirit management more money, and then get in line behind the existing bond holders holding billions of Spirit’s debt?
