Spirit wasn’t in bankruptcy for the first 2 merger attempts either and I know that doesn’t change where we’re at now but if we did have an ISL with JetBlue there would plenty of ****ed off pilots thinking they got screwed. With hindsight we’d be way better off in every regard.
You don’t know how AirTran would’ve come out of a blocked merger with Southwest. There have been a lot of people royally f’ed in this industry, it’s weird how some AirTran pilots won’t let it go this many years later, despite being at a very large company that is extremely well paid.

Whack can't get over it even though he's in a million times better place than he was at the Tran. Delta would have eventually squashed them in ATL once they got out of their post BK funk. He's delusional thinking something better than the SWA acquisition would have come to fruition.
Sour grapes after more than a decade from this guy as he just can't let it go. SMH!!!
