What would be their motivation? What would we have to give up?

Those living in base would lose their ability to put out fires for their last minute 200% and would have to share premium pay with those that live out of base. This is better than what we have now but not as good as you guys used to have before it was lost in contract 2010. This will be a big loss for just a handful.
