Great comment. But this guy will likely fly us again when the next cheapest ticket is + $100 or more than Spirit. People love griping about us but continue to buy the cheap ticket. This guy will probably eat his words.

I am told that 2 schedulers quit. They were suppose to be 5 this morning. Only 3 showed up. Wait time +2 hours. Good luck guys.

Maybe if management paid the FA's, gate agents and schedulers a little more they'd provide a quality product and wouldn't quit? Oh the elusive secret to customer service! Now, what if pilots start leaving too...?

At this point you should be worried about the Feds temporarily shutting it down due to LOSS of operational control

I'm willing to bet its imbedded in the 60 A320neo order placed by GECAS on day one. I was told earlier that one of the chief pilots in recurrent "dangled the carrot" about the order... "we need a TA first."
