I hear there's a guy wearing a baseball hat in uniform everywhere he goes. You can bet I'd say something to him. The professional standards committee told me that they are not uniform police, but I really think they should be. I've seen some pretty pathetic looking pilots in my 4 years here...

You mean the DTW captain who was on medical for 7-8 years and came back about a year ago? He's just an a$$. Talking to him is useless. He's better than you. Saw him in MYR a few months ago strolling past subway with it on.
Sometimes taking a picture and emailing it to management may be the only solution. Just sayin...
No...... You need to tell him. It's bad enough the zoo our customers have to put up with, only to be scolded when they've finally found their seats. It would not inspire much confidence in me to know the guy in charge of my life were such a fruit loop! How embarrassing to the rest of us! How these guys get through is a mystery.
Where is he based?

Well when I flew with him it was more like a light hearted comedy routine. Most of the time people laughed and seemed to enjoy it. I just thought it was cheesy

Don't be either of those guys!
My $.02...worth exactly what you paid for it.
That would be a douche move telling the boss man, just go up to him and tell him to quit being an utter, hopeless tool. Anyone that wears a baseball cap out of the cockpit, in uniform is a complete and utter waste of space, anyone that wears it in the cockpit is just an unprofessional douchebag. Cmon guys, if we want to be paid like professional pilots, start acting like professional pilots.

I saw this as well, also in MYR. I did notice though that the hat actually says "Myrtle Beach" on the front of it. I was wondering if he had a hat for every city he goes to.
