Agree, we got bigger fish to fry in coming month or years. Lets focus on the prize that we all deserve.

I see so many southwest pilots with backpacks...is it one of their official uniform pieces? Do Spirit guys do this too? Should I find a nice backpack to take to my interview (assuming I ever get one)?

Maybe yours is not available because it doesn't exist! I know what roll aboard means, ie you can roll it aboard.... What the heck is a roller board?

We are Obamastan's most profitable airline, yet the pilots are not paid commensurately to our responsibilities.
Yep, wasted time, but that's the system we operate under. The RLA is outdated, but it's the framework we have to deal with. Our NC had one meeting under section 6, and you're ready to burn the place down. Sit back, relax, laugh at the stupid stuff those of us with too much time on our hands post here.

All I'm saying is that pilots that dress like slobs and give cringeworthy PAs are not helping us. Since the passenger experience is tough to say the least, the best thing we can do is look and act like professionals. It's easy and goes a long way IMO
