It will take a 40% raise to get me to industry average.
We're three years behind.
Thats $120K x .4 = $48K x 3 = $144,000.000
I'll take that for retro.
But since the MEC has already publicly stated that they are not asking for much, I don't expect ANY signing bonus or retro.
