That's relative. Almost all of our FO's are FNG's (current junior CA is Jan 2008 DOH), but this guy was hired in late 2011, so he's over 1/2 way up the FO list. Not sure what he stands accused of though.
No offense, VX guys, but why would we continue to hire guys who've shown they can't manage a profitable operation? DO certainly has some influence on that number. That said, maybe they know something about customer service, one of our potential 'areas of improvement'. I'd much rather see VX influence at the station operations level than at the corporate level.

I wonder when RD, JS, and BL are done with their 'seasoning', and are judged ready for Airbus? Coincidence we're going back to 'the Airbus way'? I think not!

I don't even know where to begin. All I can say to the new FO's down in FLL don't do what I did a couple of yrs ago and give her a chance after hearing the stories and go fly a trip with her. Not only is she a terrible pilot but she treats everyone on the plane like ****. If you are a FFDO you will hear about how you don't know what you are doing and if you remind her about something you will get the" I think I have done this before" speech. Also when you land in ORD,BOS,ATL you will use all the runway because its her's to use. There will be planes going around because of it and you will be embarrased as hell.
