Sorry to be a grammar Nazi. Don't bother with the job fairs. They will hire any one these days. Only 1/2 actually show up for class. Pay needs to be fixed big time. Including the awful training pay.

So I guess to answer my question is just to sit tight and wait... Do they tell you there are upcoming interviews just to not call you in for one, i.e. String you along?

I know XJT just started a "Gauranteed" interview program for United so I'm sure we will see a dramatic drop in XJT guys pursuing Spirit. It's kind of sad that 2nd year UAL F/Os make more than me at my 4th year CA rate. Hopefully this doesn't drag out for years.......for many reasons

I don't know about half, but the union is reporting 18 have quit so far this year, of the 26 hired in Jan(??) 6 declined the offer and 2 no showed.

Totally agree with you... Hey Mr. AeroCrewSolut... We paid for the JobFair, at least we should get a letter from the airlines saying something, and no just waitting for a "miracle"
