HIGH FIVES in Seattle! Hope they're not selling you guys on a fast upgrade. Over halfway through our orders and nothing has been announced.. I'm sure they'll tell you they're going to order more.. Just plan on being a way less than average paid Airbus FO for many many many years! But hey, IT'S BETTER THAN MY REGIONAL!!!

I personally don't know of any, but i'm sure there are pilots at Spirit and every other airlines, who doesn't have a degree.

I am a few classes short of my BS degree from ERAU Worldwide and I got hired. Seems to me the hiring team cares most about two things. 1) You having a true desire to be at Spirit and not somewhere else. 2) Can they get along with you for a 4 day trip. Good luck to all those trying to get hired.

Not sarcasm. They always tried to interview for flight risk but it's impossible now. They know anyone hired now will try to get out so they are trying to hire guys that have few options. Not having a degree is one more hurdle that would keep someone from leaving so its a preferred item. Add low time and an "iffy" background, and you have spirits ideal candidate in 2016
