Geesh a little harsh. I would keep at it. Have you been to a job fair or meet the cheifs? Do you know any Spirit pilots? If you have a bad attitude you won't get hired. I know a guy that would love to work at Spirit but he is so negative no one will recommended him. Anyways if you keep a good attitude don't give up.

Thanks for answering in a nice way. No, I have not gone to any fairs yet, right know I'm trying to get my company to cut my Europe rotation short so I can make it to the OBAP on the last day of the meet the chiefs next week but is not looking likely (I mean, how do you explain that you need them to cut your rotation short so you can try to go get hired elsewhere) . I keep finding out about fairs barely a month in advance and that is too late to get my schedule changed or get vacation; But I'm trying. I'm following spirit careers on Facebook to know as early as possible.

Unfortunately I don't know any Spirit pilots either, and as a 135 guy you barely ever are in a position where you can meet one and strike a conversation🤷

I don't have a bad attitude, or at least I don't think so😅. Anyway, recruiting will never find that out unless they give me the chance to Interview.
