Ex mil IP 3k+, nothing wrong with wanting the condensed, it's how I like to memorize numbers. I still read the the main documents, so how bout you take a second to think before you get your internet courage.

Knock off the condescending bullshiit Vegas. I'm sure you read the COM and AOM Vol. 1 cover to cover before every training event and skip the oral study guide, right?

I agree. Fellow crememeber asked a question, let's show the same hospitality we were all shown as new hires. I don't care if there is hostility regarding negotiations or not, PILOTS are on the same side.

What are you complaining about now? I thought your whole point is about doing the very minimum while trying to get to the legacies because of the crappy contract. Maybe he doesn't care to do anything but the minimum like you to protest the wages. He's only trying to get a couple hundred hours of 121 time for the DL/UAL/AA app. You should welcome him with open arms.

Congrats on getting the class date. Don't sweat it too much, we'll teach you all you need to know. There'll be plenty of gouge available once you get to FLL. As far as the limitations and memory items go, just familiarize yourself with the COM Vol 1 Performance, the bold numbers are must know, but all the numbers can be asked. The gouge usually only has the bold numbers. As far as memory items go, it's NOT boldface. I made the mistake of treating them like they were, just memorize the actions, just not as boldface. We'll explain that as well.

Don't worry about the bashing on here, it's a great job, happy to have more military here.

Don't worry about the limitations too much. They're changing anyways. The 320 has an old MLDW of 145,505 but the Airbus isn't that precise on its on displays. I argued this until I was blue in the face. But, it is changing and airplanes are getting new placards with 145,500. I don't know if the manuals are updated yet. I think Comply sent me new updates but I haven't looked yet.

Do know the flows! These are nearly day one items. Know those before FLL and everything will fall into place in training. There's also an A320 Guide app that is well worth the $40. You will be asked every singe light on every panel. It's a great way to learn those on a mobile device.

Welcome aboard!

Love getting more military. It will certainly help our cause by upping attrition. Not sure why they hire you guys. They must know you'll be gone ASAP. I know if I was hired today at seniority 12xx I'd be gone at the first chance. It's not horrible day to day but the money makes too much sense elsewhere.

If you do stay please do not factor your mil retirement and healthcare into your contract vote. This isn't a part time job for most of us. It's our only income and we expect to be paid on par or better than other Airbus pilots.

SkywardAZ, Congrats on the job offer.

I Think your request was misunderstood by a few responders. I would suggest reading the whole COM Limitations section, being familiar with all, and making your own note cards on the bolded limitations as those will be expected to be "rote". Do not rely on previous gouge sheets as they may be dated.

Then cross your fingers and wait to see if you set the hook or not.
very good!!
