Im sure he doesnt care, compared to the low paying 135 airline he is at. Thats the uphill battle, Spirit is "greener pastures" compared to many of the places we are hiring 2000 TT pilots from.

Im not asking to insult you, we all started at 0 time and had to gain the experience, more of fact finding mission to confirm what we already see on the line, low time guys with 1 to 2 years 121 experience.

Let me ask this, how much 121 time do you have and what TT range are you in, PIC time.
Im not asking to insult you, we all started at 0 time and had to gain the experience, more of fact finding mission to confirm what we already see on the line, low time guys with 1 to 2 years 121 experience.

Consider it a blessing!! PC failures are at an all time high! Director of Ops spewing info that you'll never make close to UA or Delta rates, and you're lucky to make $38.50 an hour. Management has a complete lack of respect for pilots here. You'll be lucky to upgrade in less than 5 years..more like 7!! Run from Spirit and F9!

This isnt a reflection on you, you're clearly qualified, its what our crap management is gunning for; guys with the "its better than my regional" and "im glad they gave me a chance" crowd.
