I honestly like this method better. I mean points are impersonal and employees are people. I am a pretty laid back guy who everyone likes flying with. I just maybe don't have as many check marks next to me as others.
I usually make a good first impression, so I am keeping my fingers crossed and studying up about the company and general interview prep type stuff.

Just don't be disappointed by the length of time from job fair to call. It takes time, especially with the enormous amount of apps on file.
