I honestly like this method better. I mean points are impersonal and employees are people. I am a pretty laid back guy who everyone likes flying with. I just maybe don't have as many check marks next to me as others.

I usually make a good first impression, so I am keeping my fingers crossed and studying up about the company and general interview prep type stuff.

Sounds like you'll do well. I didn't have many marks checked either, so if I can get hired, anyone can.

Just don't be disappointed by the length of time from job fair to call. It takes time, especially with the enormous amount of apps on file.

May I ask where you are getting the study material that you're speaking of? I'm going to hit up airlineinterviews.com when I get a chance. Have you found anything else to reference? I plan on going to either the Nov one in FLL, or the later one in DFW.
Thanks in advance.

This was the first question I was asked!!![You won't need to know today's stock price at the job fair, but you can find some good talking points in the above references to help you answer the question: "Why do you want to fly for Spirit?"

Good luck![/QUOTE]

Yes. Other than military, if you don't meet the 4000TT requirement, you probably aren't that competitive.

The last I heard there were 7000 applications on file. That was a rumor though
