You'd have to hate your spouse and kids to do this

880 YTD? I didn't know that was even possible at Spirit. And after taking off most of Nov? Good grief. I'm complaining about working too much and I have less than half of that! I have to wonder just how many people's schedules look like that, and how many more people we would need to recruit at $38/hr to compensate if they didn't. That is literally two lines rolled into one month.

[QUOTE=OpenTime;2252283]So I hear a certain someone loves her some open time....

[url=https://postimage.org/] OMG this schedule is a nightmare! At least whoever is flying this line has Christmas off. FYI there are easier ways to break 100 during December. If you really need the money try making yourself available your days off and make some real cash. I admire you're "hard work" ethic but Flying you're ass off for straight time during the holidays is kinda stupid.

That's solid. I'm sitting around 240 and thought I was doing good. 0 block hours in November and projected to be around 270 for the year.

What he said and add pathetic! One can easily work half that line and make over a 112 hours during December with MUP.
This is a recipe for disaster in one's flight deck performance. I feel sorry for the first officers that have to deal with this next month.

Right on baby! I did the end of the year math and I'm getting paid 3.5 hours for every hour I block and that does NOT include sick calls or vacation time. I want a decent retirement and hourly rate but I'm concerned that if we ever get a new contract I'm gonna have to actually drive out to the airport and fly the jet every once in awhile. Our current contract (if you work the system) is probably the most inefficient and unproductive in the industry. Funny thing is the clowns in management are in a position to change it and there not doing anything about it.
