So are Spirit pilots still flying A320's for 75-100k below market rate?
Is management going to show up for negotiations Oct 14-16?
Will Spirit pilots ever abandon the "at least this job is better than my last regional" mentality?
Is anyone ever going to get mad?
Hello...Hello...Hello...Is there anybody in there????

Not saying that at all. I'm saying I agree. It's time to get mad, stop this "better than my regional," mentality, stop bailing them out until they start showing us the goodwill we deserve..i.e. IROP and no showing negotiations is a blatant slap in the face.

This, is what's crazy about us. our Union MEC can be asked for a contract bend, get a hand shake and we are good to go, now, we can not "legally" use the union communication channels to tell every single member to fly the award until resolution is met.

Even if we could, we have enough jackholes here that would still phone a friend in scheduling to hook themselves up and bailout the mismanagement of operations.

With all due respect, that was basically an acceptable rationale right up until August 1, 2015. We quietly watched as the company made record profits, all the while stoically biding our time, delaying our gratification. Do you think during the 5 year duration of the CBA management's compensation was proportionally correlated? Do you think management's pay is frozen now, post August, 2015?
Maybe not at the 15 year CA level, but there are several other seat/longevity points where this is true when you factor in total compensation (retirement, profit sharing, and/or bonuses). Regarding the aforementioned 100k compensation difference consider that there are several DL A320 FO's making shy of $200k/yr. Or, compare 8 year CA's, a $50+/hr difference, + DC + Bonuses.
