The flight attendants have a ME TOO clause pertaining to any stock plan we negotiate. Therefore we would be negotiating stock for 1300+ pilots AND a few thousand flight attendants. Gets a little more expensive at that point, and I'd rather see the gains on the pilot side.

Just like gonyon spouting about how the NC will do everything according to their own desires. I'm with the above poster who says to let them work. If you don't like something, talk to your reps. Include the NC as a cc on your email.

I heard end of January, and yes the last one was so skewed towards a desired result....this one needs to be totally objective.
