What training failures are you referencing? No one in the Jan 4th class of 16 failed. The pilots in the following group have all reported passing.
Are these upgrade failures? Recurrent failures?

I haven't seen the 2016 data yet.. The last 6 months of 2015 saw a decent increase of failures and terminations..

Probably would be 4hr waits for the big 3 and ZERO line at Spirit.

I hear Jyri is on his way out? Any truth?
Jyri has always been an arrogant POS. I hope he is booted out quickly with empty pockets. It was his dream to get a windfall of stock but he didn't make the cut. Just another punk dressed up in a suit.

Well, I truly think it's in the works and it's only a matter of time. At least that's what I'm told from someone I tend to trust. We shall see

So when JA single handedly gave relief last summer, he did so as a 77 council rep?
Not misleading at all. What he is saying is JA over-stepped his authority when he gave that relief. The status reps should have removed him at the time... they either agreed with the relief or lacked the testicular fortitude to act.

Well, if they all agreed with it, they should all do the honorable thing and resign. Our contract was pretty much ignored while we were in the midst of negotiating a new contract, if anything all we did was tell management the words on a contract are just that, they're words they don't mean much.

My understanding from a non-voting member was that all LEC reps granted relief by majority vote, some with apprehension--but at the end of the day it was the LEC members who granted JA the authority to do it. Now with that said, I'm no JA fan and immediately called the rep after it was announced to chide his actions. Thats when I found out the above information.

IIRC, the public narrative at the time was the status reps were discussing it, broke for the day and when they got back together the next day JA had already given the thumbs-up to the company and the middle finger to the pilot group.
