Sorry for this off topic post but I just called SWA to list Nonrev and they said they no longer list other airline employees for non rev. How do we list for the jumpseat on swa?

I saw someone who said the exact same thing on FB... I tired to list on myidlisting, and was unable to do it for Southwest.

We just got an e-mail about this from my airline's JS committee. Apparently SWA no longer does Zed listings over the phone, and the agents are getting confused. We're told to make sure they know that we're listing for the jumpseat (not nonrev) and if that doesn't work, it's still acceptable to list at the gate. Supposedly SWA's jumpseat committee is aware of the issue and is working on it.

In my experience, they prefer that you list at the ticket counter before proceeding to the gate. Then checking in with the gate agent is required.

You contact your jumpseat committee, and they will help you.

Lol, why do that when APC has the most accurate up to date, no spin info.
