Spirit of NKS, Part II

I agree and I just want to say, a lot of my anger isn't so much with "management " toying with us, it's Ackerman who gave false hope and allowed the company to walk all over us during the meltdown. It's also him telling me "fly it and grieve it" during a clear contract violation. He's still a voting member of the MEC which is scary and the majority of the MEC who put him in there are still there.
Also, it's been 48hrs since the new guy is elected and not a ****ing peep, what does it take to get a solid leader around here?

Please go away. Your misery, contradictory posts and blatant ignorance to this industry are a complete detriment to this pilot group and serve to do absolutely nothing for this group.

Sorry DB I will not, because I'm placing you on ignore and I encourage everyone else on this thread to do the same. Your stupidity and misery is a toxic combination. Don't come to DTW any time soon.

Well, I guess the one good thing is we all know Jyri & Bendo and the rest of NK Managment read these Boards so at least they'll see morale is at an all time low, lol????.

Vegass Bus may be a little rough around the edges and a dick sometimes, but he makes some valid points. The industry has changes so much over the last couple of years, that it makes staying at NK a much harder decision to rationalize. After almost 5 years I've come to the conclusion it may be time to get out, if things don't improve very soon.

If you got on board mid stream this contract then Spirits pay was on parity with everyone elses, in fact the pilot group can be credited for keeping the bar up during a down turn.
The remedy for ***** master is a couple furloughs.

Then he'll ***** about wherever he goes. There's always been a certain amount in this profession that would ***** if hung with a gold rope, and a certain bunch that are panty wastes.

Second paragraph is completely inaccurate, no matter how many times it is repeated.

The wages will come around. The stall tactics and management dragging things out have gone on since the inception of this industry.
Which is why some on here and many others in the industry will never stop crying and *****ing. Best thing to do is get out of the industry.
Same **** goes on at every carrier. Wait for another downturn, the legacies will be first to furlough and give up concessions.
