I don't think he is here anymore. I believe he left about 4 months ago but guess his bad ideas stayed behind.
I don't know why guys are even willing to take a JM like that. I personally don't accept it unless I get the whole trip and/or days dropped with pay. They are welcome to call someone else.

"What I find fascinating is the very low salaries, wages and benefits costs. Spirit Airlines has the lowest salaries and wages cost of only 1.92 cents per ASM, while those of Southwest Airlines and JetBlue are much higher at 4.14 cents and 2.88 cents per ASM"
"The culture of Spirit Airlines and the way it operates has enabled this airline to have low costs, especially salaries and wages"

So Embarassing. The pilot group should be the exception and we better damn make sure we change our pathetic pay ASAP.
FWIW.
I wonder if the outsourcing of pretty much everyone Is the leading cause of such low average "wages", or maybe it's the FAs and their decade old contract?
Nah, probably our CA rates that are lower than Legacy F/Os
We completely suck

Has anyone else had issues with the defendant care FSA? I talked to UHC and HR and they said there is an issue with processing claims. So basically money is going out of paycheck and disappearing with no time frame to fix it. Playing with my money is like playing with my emotions, Smokey!
