The problem is, with his **** poor attitude he will never get hired anywhere. He's lucky he was hired here. Sandi's good, but she screwed up on that one

I'd like to leave long before that. How can anyone not? Can anyone honestly say we'll have a contract within 12 months? The hiring and strong economy won't last forever. This inept management team plans on dragging this out forever. Just when you think we are close,we will merge with the other low pay ****show Frontier.

RJRJ, Sorry I was a dick, but here is some genuine advice, update your App as soon as you finish your type and don't believe a word out of managements mouth about wanting to get us a new contract. Also, I bet some of your instructors are interviewing next week over UAL, I know at least two. Think about that. The best gig here (and highest pay) is in the training dept and they'd rather start over at a legacy then rot away here waiting for a contract

Communications are going out soon to the Spirit pilot group.

If you have any problem with a jumpseat at any time, email the jumpseat committee. I landed at midnight last night and would have gotten back to you immediately.
So you can still list at the gate. Ok cool story bro, want a cookie?

I don't post on here very much, but Vegass, would you please stop insulting your coworkers? It was old the first time. There are many reasons why pilots come to work here, and the vast majority are ready to stand together and fight for a good contract, not throw insults at everyone around them.

Stand together? Have you seen the "Standing available list".............

I'll stop with insulting people but I'll insult our contract until we get a new one, fair?

Is Nk the best job in the world? Certainly not. But it's a better job than what a lot of people currently have. I am actively looking for other options because it might be possible to get a career with a better employer but I don't think Nk is such a bad gig. 6 months ago, morale was much higher throughout our ranks. Then we realized our management was toying with us and everybody wants to leave. But the job hasn't changed. You more or less get the same pay, the same amount of days off, etc... Try to leave but don't make yourself miserable in the process. It might even help your job search to be a little happier.

Coming from the guy who signed on halfway through the contract and knew what he was getting into.

We get it, the market has changed and we deserve better. If you haven't figured it out you're preaching to the choir. You are going to make a lot of enemies lashing out. So even when you do have a valid point no one will care or listen to you.

I agree and I just want to say, a lot of my anger isn't so much with "management " toying with us, it's Ackerman who gave false hope and allowed the company to walk all over us during the meltdown. It's also him telling me "fly it and grieve it" during a clear contract violation. He's still a voting member of the MEC which is scary and the majority of the MEC who put him in there are still there.

Also, it's been 48hrs since the new guy is elected and not a ****ing peep, what does it take to get a solid leader around here?
