What does VFL and MVF mean on the type of drop request menu on FLICA, and what is the difference? Thanks for any help.

Section 7.D of the contract. Vacation Float and Manditory Float Vacation. They have different parameters on how they are approved.

Bendo is quoted saying the Afa has agreed to a contract that sustains the airline. My guess is it's a steaming pile unfortunately.
